At Trevor Trails, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, with all tags and accessories included.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued via your preferred method (bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on your region).

Since we offer cash on delivery, refunds will not be issued in cash. You will be asked to provide valid account details for electronic refund processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and details. We will prioritize resolving the issue at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
